Koi55 Terms & Conditions – Transparent Platform Usage Guidelines

1 General Rules & Account Terms

To register and fully use koi55 services, every prospective member must meet the following basic requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old or the legal age applicable in your region of residence.
• Register one account per individual. Holding more than one active account is a serious violation and may result in account closure and balance freezing.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. False data is a serious violation that may result in membership cancellation.
• Take full responsibility for the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs in your account.

Koi55 reserves the right to decline or suspend any account suspected of fraud, identity theft, or other illegal activity without obligation to provide further explanation.

2 Deposits & Financial Transactions

Koi55 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Indonesia, including local bank transfers, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and QRIS. Deposit terms include:

• All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposits may only be made from an account or bank account held in the member's own name. koi55 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Failed or delayed deposit transactions caused by banking or e-wallet provider errors are not the responsibility of koi55, though our team will assist in resolving them.
• Koi55 reserves the right to request proof of payment if there are any discrepancies in transaction records.

3 Bonuses & Promotions

Koi55 offers a variety of bonuses to members, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, and loyalty bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover: Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Specific rollover terms are stated on each promotion's page.
• Bonuses are only valid for verified and active accounts. Accounts created solely to claim bonuses without genuine play activity may have their membership revoked.
• Koi55 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Abuse of the bonus system – including bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or betting patterns clearly intended to exploit promotions – is a serious violation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be redeemed for cash directly without fulfilling the rollover requirements.

4 Withdrawal

Any member with an eligible winning balance may request a withdrawal at any time. Withdrawal terms at koi55:

• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the koi55 account.
• Koi55 processes withdrawals within 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and 15–30 minutes for bank transfers under normal conditions.
• Koi55 does not charge any administrative fees for withdrawals. Any fees that may arise from the bank or e-wallet provider are beyond koi55's responsibility.
• Withdrawals involving bonus balances can only be processed after the rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Koi55 reserves the right to request additional documents for large withdrawal amounts as part of standard security procedures.

5 Fair Play & Integrity

Game integrity is koi55's top priority. All games available on the platform use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been tested and certified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures that every spin, every card, and every bingo ball is truly random and cannot be influenced by any party.

• The use of third-party software to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Collusion between players to gain unfair advantage over other players or the system is a serious violation.
• Game results confirmed by the system are final and cannot be disputed, unless a technical error on koi55's part is proven.

6 Account Security & Privacy

Koi55 is fully committed to protecting the security and privacy of every member. SSL 256-bit encryption is applied to all pages and transactions. In addition:

• Members are responsible for keeping their password confidential and must not share it with anyone, including koi55 staff.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the koi55 support team immediately to temporarily suspend your account.

• Koi55 uses two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer that is strongly recommended for all members to enable.

7 Player Responsibility

Koi55 believes that responsible gaming is key to keeping entertainment enjoyable. As a koi55 member, you are responsible for:

• Only play with money you can afford to lose. Never use funds meant for essential expenses to gamble.
• Set realistic time and budget limits before starting a gaming session.
• Contact the koi55 support team immediately if you feel your gaming activity is becoming difficult to control.
• Do not allow anyone under the legal age to access or use your account.
